ParkLife Events Purchase & Attendance Terms & Conditions

1. All Sales Final

All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be offered unless the Event is canceled or rescheduled by ParkLife.  There will be no partial refunds if you miss any portion of the Event for any reason.

2. Photography & Video Release

You grant ParkLife, The Connell Company, and their direct and indirect affiliates the right to photograph, film, and record your image and voice at the Event, and you agree that these recordings may be used by ParkLife, The Connell Company, and their affiliates for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes, directly or through third parties, in any and all media formats now known or developed in the future, without any compensation to you.

3. Receipt of Marketing Communications

You agree to receive occasional marketing emails from ParkLife, The Connell Company, and their direct and indirect affiliates about upcoming Events, promotions, and news. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the applicable link in any email or by contacting us directly at events@theparkatnj.com.

4. Code of Conduct

We strive to create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all guests. We reserve the right to deny admission or to conduct security searches where we have a reasonable basis for doing so.  Additionally, ParkLife reserves the right to remove any attendee from an Event for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior, without refund.

5. Event Changes

Event details, including date, time, location, and programming, are subject to change. In the event of a cancellation or significant change, ParkLife will make reasonable efforts to notify all ticket holders.  Upon receipt of such notification, you will have (as your sole recourse against ParkLife, The Connell Company, and their direct and indirect affiliates in connection therewith) the option within the period of time stated in the notice to accept the new date, time and/or location, or to cancel and get a refund.  If you do not cancel within the stated time period or if you fail to respond at all with such time period, you will be deemed to have accepted the change(s), and you will not be entitled to any refund.

6. Acknowledgments and Representations

1. You acknowledge that Events are potentially dangerous and may involve risk to you of serious bodily injury or even death. You represent to us that you have had such physical examinations as you have deemed necessary and you have determined that you are in such physical condition as to permit your safe participation in the Event(s) you have selected. You further represent that you are willing to assume the risk of any medical or physical condition that you may have.  You acknowledge that it is your own responsibility to decide which Events (and portions thereof) to participate in, when and how to participate, to exercise caution and your own judgment when participating in Events, and to forego participating in Events in appropriate circumstances. You acknowledge that you are aware of the risk of exposure to the common cold, the flu, COVID 19 and other maladies, which may result in illness, personal or psychological injury, pain, suffering, temporary or permanent disability, death, property damage, and/or financial loss. If at any time you believe conditions to be unsafe, that you are no longer in proper physical condition to engage in a selected Event, or you begin experiencing symptoms of any illness, you agree that you will immediately discontinue further participation in the Event, even though you will not be entitled to a refund.
2. NOTWITHSTANDING THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED RISKS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE VOLUNTARILY ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES WITH KNOWLEDGE OF THE POTENTIAL DANGERS INVOLVED. YOU HEREBY AGREE TO ACCEPT AND ASSUME ALL RISKS OF ILLNESS, PERSONAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL INJURY, PAIN, SUFFERING, TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT DISABILITY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, AND/OR FINANCIAL LOSS ARISING THEREFROM. You consent to receiving medical treatment deemed necessary if you are injured or require medical attention during your participation in any Event. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for all costs related to such medical treatment and any related medical transportation and/or evacuation. You hereby release, forever discharge, and hold harmless ParkLife Events, The Connell Company, and the other Releasees (defined below) from any claim based on such treatment or other medical services.
3. ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF AND YOUR HEIRS, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, FIDUCIARIES, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, YOU HEREBY FOREVER RELEASE, WAIVE, AND DISCHARGE PARKLIFE EVENTS, FIELDHOUSE LLC, CONNELL FOUNDATION FOOD GROUP LLC, THE CONNELL COMPANY, CONNELL GROVE LLC, 200 CONNELL LLC, AND ROUND TABLE STUDIOS LLC, EACH OF THEIR AFFILIATES, AND EACH OF THE FOREGOING ENTITIES’ RESPECTIVE SHAREHOLDERS, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, SERVANTS AND AGENTS, AND ALL SUCH ENTITIES’ RESPECTIVE SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS (COLLECTIVELY, “RELEASEES”), OF, FROM OR FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, COSTS, EXPENSES AND DAMAGES OF ANY KIND AND NATURE WHATSOEVER WHICH MAY ARISE OR HEREAFTER ACCRUE IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION IN ANY OF THE EVENTS, IN EACH CASE WHETHER OR NOT ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OR STRICT LIABILITY OF ANY OF THE RELEASEES; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THAT THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE DOES NOT APPLY TO A RELEASEE’S WILLFUL MISCONDUCT OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE.
